Q. I forgot my username or password, what do I do?
A. For the fastest service, you should use CCBill's automated password recovery system. You MUST know what email address you used when you signed up for a membership - if you are one of those people that use an alternate email address when you sign up for adult sites, you need to use the one you SIGNED UP WITH. You will also need to know your subscription ID and credit card number used during sign up.

Q. My password doesn't work, what's wrong?
A. SneakyPedia.com has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on password sharing, and we use automated software to track this. Share your password, your account will be suspended, and no refund will be issued. If you contact us to re-activate an account terminated due to password sharing activities, you'd better have a darn good explanation!

Q. How can I cancel / terminate my membership?
